What can i book?

I can book a lot of things! But I currently focus on ALL things Disney and Universal. The majority of travel I book includes:

  • Disney World

  • Disneyland

  • Aulani resort in Hawaii

  • All major cruise lines

  • All inclusive resorts

What services do i provide?

I assist clients with the following:

  • Choosing the right resort

  • Deciding which parks to do

  • Booking your package and making all payments on your behalf (IMPORTANT, I receive no compensation from Disney or Universal if you book on your own)

  • Calling Disney or Universal if any issues arise (often waiting for long periods of time on hold)

  • Making your dining reservations

  • Booking special experiences (VIP tours, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Lightsaber builds, fireworks cruises, etc.)

  • Stroller and scooter rentals

  • Understanding how to use the new Lightning Lane system

  • Assisting with setting up My Disney Experience account

  • Making park reservations (for Disneyland only)

  • Helping with a strategy for your park days (strategizing what to book for your Lightning Lane Selections, what to do via standby, etc.)

  • Access to me via email or text anytime

  • 3 phone calls (one initial call, one call to discuss dining before I book your reservations, and one final call 2 weeks before your trip to answer any last minute questions and help plan which rides you will pre select).

  • I provide you with my 40 page ALL about Disney guide as well as my separate Genie Plus Guide

  • When you book with me you have access to the We Do Travel Right dining team who will book all of your dining and enchanting extras for you. You will also be invited to monthly and bi-monthly live seminars. You also receive FREE access to a Lightning Lane master class by Wish Upon a Planner.

  • For cruises I help you choose the right ship and itinerary

  • Assistance choosing the right stateroom

  • Setting up your Disney cruise line navigator app

  • I send you a Disney Cruise Line guide, as well as a ship specific guide after booking

  • Multiple emails and phone conversations answering any questions you may have about Disney cruising

  • I also offer onboard credit on most Disney cruise line sailings (amount is based on your total cruise cost and is non negotiable).

  • The We Do Travel Right dining team can assist with booking your excursions and specialty dining if you choose.

what i dont do:

  • I do not get any special discounts or pricing for you! I will always look for available promos to try and find you the best deal! And once you are booked, if any new promos become available, I will automatically apply them to your account to try to lower the cost of your vacation!

  • I cannot plan your entire day for you. I will talk you through each day and offer tips and first hand experience and help you make your ride selections ahead of time and come up with a game plan. But, rides shut down from time to time, crowd levels and wait times vary. Kids get tired, it rains, too much is left up to chance to plan every moment. Plus, it’s OK to be spontaneous as well! I will set you up with the tools to be successful on your own and give you a good idea about what rides and shows to prioritize based on your family’s wants!

  • At this time will not be making your Lightning Lane Multi pass selections for you. That is something I will prepare you to do for yourself. I can assist with this for a fee on a case by case basis depending on the number of people and the length of the trip.

  • I cannot book third party tour guides. Those are against Disney policy. I can only book the official Disney VIP tour guides.

do i charge any fees?

NO! Really? Yes really!! As long as you book a Disney or Universal package through me, I will be compensated through Disney/Universal/Vendors after you travel.

EXCEPTION: Sometimes people want all of my planning help and want me to handle their dining reservations etc. but for whatever reason they’re not able to book through me. Maybe they rented through DVC or hotel points, or they are staying in an Airbnb with family. In that case I can still offer all the same assistance for a one time planning fee. Price depends on how much assistance is needed. Similarly, I will help with pre booking Lightning Lane selections for a fee which varies on a case by case basis.
